At Firefly Golf, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Conditions for Returns:
    • Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
    • Items should be in the original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 2096291505 with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and further instructions on how to return the item(s).
    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
    • Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped).

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. We cannot guarantee that the new item will be available until we receive the returned item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
